3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

  2. Description of the Copyrighted Work
    Identify the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
    If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notice, you may provide a representative list.
  3. Location of the Allegedly Infringing Material
    Provide the exact URL(s) of the page(s) or specific content on our Site that you claim is infringing.
    A general reference to the Site or a category page is not sufficient.
  4. Good Faith Statement
    Include a statement such as:

  5. Accuracy & Authority Statement
    A statement declaring, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  6. Signature
    A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.

Submission

Send your completed notice to dmca@pkrslotgames.net or by postal mail to the DMCA Agent address above.
Notices that do not contain all required elements may be invalid or delayed.

4. PKR Slot Games’ Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA Takedown Notice, we will:

  • Review the claim for completeness and accuracy.
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • Notify the content contributor (if any) about the removal and provide them with a copy of the notice.

We may also terminate the accounts of repeat infringers, if applicable.

5. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you posted or that appears on our Site was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notice with our DMCA Agent.
Your Counter-Notice must include:

  1. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the removed or disabled material and its original URL on our Site.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court where you live (or, if outside the U.S., consenting to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which PKR Slot Games may be found) and agreeing to accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

If we receive a valid Counter-Notice, we will forward it to the original complaining party.
Unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity within 10–14 business days, we may restore the material.

6. Repeat Infringers

PKR Slot Games will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the access of users who are repeat infringers.
A “repeat infringer” is any user who has been the subject of two or more valid DMCA notices.

7. Misrepresentations

Under the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents that content is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
